As posted on their website, www.thatsawrapevents.com, (7.10.10), "The 2010 New Mexico International Marathon, Half-Marathon & 5k Festival is currently being postponed due to funding." Appears to be poor management!
InfoImagination recommends as a replacement event the Second Annual Kaua'i Marathon in Hawai'i, which is scheduled for Sunday, Sept. 5 in Po'ipu. The event offers marathon and half marathon races, which are certified by USATF and AIMS. To sign up and register for the weekend's events, visit www.thekauaimarathon.com. To run the full marathon, runners must be at least 16 years of age on race day. |
